Agricultural Brass, or those supposedly in the know, say sheep are currently the best livestock investment a fanner can make. When such reports are being made and livestock market reports bear them out, peers to me our sheepmen should at least endeavor to maintain their flocks. Better check for bad mouths and udders when drenching your flock this month to determine which ones to market after shearing and then contact us about the number needed while the cheaper replacements are yet available.

A new drench is on the market that will get all types of internal parasites, even tape worms, its a combination of Phenothiazine and Lead Arsenate. Safe to use too, and fulfills its claims however, there is one consideration and one precaution about its use: course not needed if your sheep don’t have tapeworms, cheaper to use straight phenothiazine . . . then too don’t use it over once a year.
I am very happy to announce that a new and practical project for 4-H t-nd F.F.A. members has been announced by Dave Canning Fieldman-Secretary of Virginia Aberdeen Angus Association, Inc. This projecvt is known as the Registered Aberdeen Angus Calf Club. The rules, regulations and premium list is at follows:
