Will yon please publish the following article
Corruption; maladministration; conspiracy to defeat good government _ at The Carver Regional High School at Culpeper, at a meeting held recently in the interest of a better set-up at The Regional High School for Negroes from Orange, Madison, Rappahannock, and Culpeper, the following points were discussed; things which actually exist at the Negro Regional High School.
1. That no eligible Negro applicants from any of the four counties who apply for teaching jobs will be approved.
2. That only persons who are from far away distances and who are good rental prospects receive consideration and get the jobs;
3. "that all local teachers who were employed at the plant, with but two exceptions have been let out.
