R. Worthington, resident engineer of the state highway district, appeared before the board of supervisors Wednesday, April 4, pursuant to notice as published. He gave data as to funds allocated to -the county for the secondary road system, stating that the eev- 1 oral routes discussed would be improved <m or'before July 1, 1951.
