vs: Lyle J. Millan 518 Cathedral Street Baltimore, Maryland . . Defendant

The object of this suit is to compel Lyle J. Millan to convey the property mentioned and described in said suit to Lucy Sot boron Elliott, or if the Court refuses to decree a conveyance of the property to Lucy Sotboron Elliott, to award a judgment in favor of Oharleg Wodd Keyser, Administrator of the estate of George Mortimer Sothoron for the amount of money paid by George Mortimer Sothoron to Lyle J. Millan upon the purchase price of the property, and to have the property sold to satisfy the judgment.

And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Lyle J. Millan is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that Lyle J. Millan do appear within ten days after-due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect his interests' in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, town of Washington, Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of this County within ten days after the entry of the order of publication in this shit, and that the Clerk, within such time, mail a copy hereof to the said defendant to the postoffice address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
