Entertain At Dinner
Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Latham had as dinner guests en Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Latham Jr., and daughters Elizabeth, Nancy, and Sallie, Mr. and Mrs. J. Richard Latham and their children Judy, Jimmy, and Cliff, Mrs. Peggy Bowen and three children, Wendell, Beverly Jo. and Donnie, tfce occasion being a joint celebration for the birthdays of their two sons, A. C., Jr., and Dick. Afternoon callers were Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Latham and Miss Frances Buchanon.
Entertain at Bridge
Mrs. Fisher Burford entertained at bridge at her home Monday evening, having as her guests Mrs. Emory Russell who won first prize, Mrs. J. E. Keyser, who won traveling pri^e, and Miss Minnie Williams, low prize winner. A prize was given to the lady who guessed the closest \o what high score' would be for the evening. This prize was won by Mrs. Earl Edmonds. Other-guests of Mrs. Burford were Mrs. Paul Miller, Mrs. Claude Cook, Mrs. B. J. Wood, Mrs. Charles Wood, Mrs. William Gilbert, Mrs. W. A. Moore, Mrs. Johnny McGehee, Mrs. John S. Browning, Mrs. Robert Massie, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Jr., and Mrs. David Corbin.
