The law requires that a penalty of 10% with a minimum of $2.00 be imposed on any rrfurnt not filed by May 1st. All taxpayers are strongly urged to give publicity to this notice and cooperate with the Commissioner of the Revenue looking to an equitable administration of die tax laws as well as avoidance of penalties. Individual employers are required to file Form 500F for each employee to whom as much as $600 was paid during die year 1950. 'These forms can be obtained from your local Commissioner of the Revenue.
