.With these facts before them, the School Board studied several plans before tentatively adopting the one described in last week’s article. The Board believes that the plan proposed will provide adequate apace for a proper high school program within a reasonable cost. The Board also went on record as stating that said high schqpl building must be erected under a contract and at a cost not to exceed a total of $226,000. Of this amount, approximately $100,000 will be received from the School Construction Fund, generally referred to as the “Battle Fund”. In connection with this construction fund, it should be pointed out that the equalization part of this “Battle Fund” can be used only for the construction of n*t buildings. Rappahannock
