RICHARD DABNEY WINS NJLO.T.C. SCHOLARSHIP
Richard Lawson Dabney, aon of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dabney, of Atlanta, Ga., and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lawson of Flint Hill, has had the distinction of winning the four-year all-expense N. R. 0. T. C. scholarship. Mr. Dabney may choose the college he prefers from the fifty-two leading colleges and universities participating.
County News Notes
Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Johnson and daughters visited Mr. and Mrs. Keith Johnston, Mr. and Mrs. Robert McCarthy and Mrs. Maude Johnston in Front Royal Saturday. Raymond Johnson returned Monday afternoon from University hospital, much improve'd after his recent illness.
Little Debby White, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred White of Linden, who has been quite ill in the Front Royal hospital, is still ill but holding her own.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Keyser and son Billy of Williamsburg, were week-end guests of Mrs. Will Keyser and Joe DeJ. Keyser at their home “Pleasant View".
