Entertain at “Erin”
Jffn. R. S- Wood entertained at dessert bridge Wednesday evening, having as guests Mrs. T. C. Lea, Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., Mrs. Charles Brace who it seems is the best Joke teller in town, as she won the prise given by Mrs. Wood in the joke telling contest, Mrs. Bruce also won the traveling prise. Other guests included. Mrs. Robert Massie, Mrs.. M. R. Bradford, Jr., Mrs. W. G. Eastham, Mrs. Lewis Turner, Mrs. B. M. Miller, Mrs. Fisher Burford, Mrs. Charles Wood, Mrs. J. W. Price, Mrs. E. M. Jones who won the high score and Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., winner of the low prise.
LADIES AUXIUARY SPONSOR DANCE AT SPERRYVILLE
The Ladies Auxiliary to the Fire Company will sponsor a dance on Friday night, April 20, from 9 to 2 in the Sperryville school auditorium. Admission fl.20 per person. Music by the Ambassadors of Luray.
