You would get in -touch with your Social Security office (when you are 65 or elder and are no longer working in covered employment or if you are working for less than $56 a month. When you ■become 75 you should get in touch with this office regardless of the amount of money you are earning.
The place to file a claim is the Social Security office. You and your family will receive, free of charge, any help you need to make out the claim papers. You may do so by writing, if sickness or distance prevents you from coming in person. Our representative-, is in each county serviced by this office once a month. The Alexandria office is located in the Rupley Building, 815 King street. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. This office services the counties of Arlington, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, and Rappahannock.
“DEBBY” WHITE IMPROVED
“Debby" White, the littler daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfreds White of Linden, who has been seriously ill in the Front Royal hospital, is slightly improved. Debby was rushed to the hospital last Thursday miorning with a ruptured appendix. Debby had been a real sick little girls as peritonitis set in. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Louinia Dudley White of Linden.
