All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying ^ and being in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, lying on the west side of State Secondary Route No. 600, and estimated to contain 23.60 acres, and bounded on the north by the lands of Roberts, on the east by State Secondary Route No. 600, on the south by the i-Vof Ernest Nichols, and on the west by the lands of the Shenandoah National Park. < < This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired to Cumberland S. Bennett from Onita Jenkins et aL, by deed dated November 18, 1919, and recorded November 10, 1919, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 29, at page 386, and is also" the same land set forth as Tract No. 1 in a survey made by ’ J.
