Apprgval for Federal -assistance for carrying , out the Beautiful Run Watershed Project in Madison County has been announced by L. W. Kipps, Soil Conservation District Supervisor. '
The project, to be carried out in five years, is designated to provide watershed protection and flood prevention it) the 13,800-acre watershed. It is a local undertaking with Federal assistance under the provisions of the Watershed Protection
| and Flood Prevention Act, Public Law -566, Mr. Kipps said. The project sponsor is the Culpeper Soil Conservation District in Virginia. Federal participation for carrying out the locally developed plan was approved by

Morei popular with genteel Victorian ladies, however, werp Michael Thonet’s ben twood rockers with cane seats and ' backs in elaborately curved frames. The same style still is being made.
Through the years, rocking chair enthuasiasts have found relaxation and meditation in their chairs. One model was called the Rip Van Winkle; the motto “Sit Ye, Rock and Think” was carved into the headpiece of many. Such leisure now has medical sanction. #
