Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the Members of the Culpeper Memorial Hospital, Inc. in the Educational Building of the Culpeper Baptist Church, Culpeper, Virginia, at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 1962. The purpose of this meeting will be to consider the recommendation of the Board of Directors that the Corporation borrow funds for the construction of a medical office building on the hospital property, and to secure such loan by d6eds of trust on approximately one half acre of the real estate of this Corporation.
