Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Robert P. Shrader and Nova M. Shrader, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, dated April 19, 1961, and recorded May 1, 1961, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 74, Page 212, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the reqi/est of thf legal holders thereof (the debt and obligations secured by saidt deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be dua and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holders Of the said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, October 26,1962, at 10:00 1 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit:
“TRACT ‘A’: ‘Beginning at the southwest corner of the tract being surveyed (which is the northwest corner of the Putnam Land ), a point in Route 611 marked by an iron driven beside a corner fence post on the east side of said eoad and running along the middle of the road N 16 W 800 ft. to a point in the middle of the road marked by an iron driven on the east side of the road, a corner to Tract *B*; thence, with Tract ‘B’, N 77% E 780 ft. to an iron driven in a line of another tract of land owned by Cannon and Hoyle; thence, with said land of Cannon and Hoyle, S 2% E 305 ft. to an iron driven at the noKheast corner of the ‘Putnam Land’; thence with said ‘Putnam Land’, 3 77% W 707 ft. to the beginning and containing Five and Twelve One-Hundredths (5.12) Acres.’
“Tract ‘B’: ‘Beginning at the southwest corner of the tract being surveyed (which is the northwest corner of Tract ‘A’) a point in Route 611 marked by an iron driven on the east side of said road and running, with »»id Traci ‘A’, N 77% E 780 ft. to an iron at the northeast corner of Tract ‘A’; thence, with other land of Cannon and Hoyle, N 2% W 330 ft. to an iron at the southeast corner of Tract ‘C’; thence, with Tract ‘C’, S 77% W 860 ft. to a point id Route 611; thence, along the middle of Route 611, 8 325 ft. to the beginning and continuing Six and Eleven OneHundredths (6.11) Acres." ‘ ■ -/ *
These are the same and identical tracts of tatid inquired by Robert F. Shrader and Nova M. Shrader, husbimd and wife, as tenants by the entireties with right of survivorship as at common law, by deed from Ray T. Cannon, et al., dated April 1'9, 1961, and recorded May 1, 1961, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, in Deed Book 74, at page 108.
