The building permits can only I be issued after the Sanitation Department has issued a water and sewage certificate which is subject to new rules and regulations adopted by the state as of November 1 of this year. Bill Lyne, County Agent, pointed out in his remarks that the septic tank system for rural living dealing with large areas of land and not for small building lots. He further stated that the problem was the natural physical lay of land and the soil content. He said that the soil survey did not include some of the area that is in the development but that his office would offer assistance wherever possible.
