Penna. Conference
T. G. Ragsdale, Culpeper Soil Conservation District Supervisor addressed the “Land and Peoples Conference” in PhiladeJphia, held October 22 and 23.
Ragsdale spoke on the “Developing 'Soil and Water Resources of a Watershed to serve better the needs of a Community.” The talk brought to light the close relationship existing between watershed development and Rural Area Development, which is now being strongly emphasized by the United States Department of Agriculture.
