John O. Marsh, Jr., of Strasburg, Democratic candidate for House of Representatives from the Seventh District, eked out

j a victory by a narrow margin, of some 500 votes. An official report with two precincts missing gave Marsh 25,081 compared with 25,379 for J. Kenneth Robinson of Winchester, the Republican candidate.

I n Rappahannock County' Marsh won an easy victory with 701 votes. Robinson polled 207 here.
