Miss Flossie M. Rowzie
Miss Flossie Mildred Rowzie of Amissville, a retired public school teacher and musician died Saturday, November 3, following a lingering illness. Daughter of the late John Newton Rowzie and Mary Blanche Roades, his wife, she was a native of Rappahannock County. She was 70.
