Min. Florrie Luttrell
Mrs. Florrie Elton Luttrell, wife of the late Richard Edward Luttrell of Amissville, died Wednesday, December 12, 1962, at the Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper where she had resided since 1958. Daughter of the late John Hughes Latham and Sudie Marion Luttrell, his wife, and a native of Culpeper County, she was 76. She is survived by four step-sons, J. E. Luttrell of Craig, Colo., L. H. Luttrell of Amissville, Dr. H. B. Luttrell of Pulaski and C. N. Luttrell of San Diego, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Annie C. Latham of Amissville; and three first cousins, T. W. Latham of Viewtown, Mrs. Beulah L. Rogers of Washington, D. C., and Mrs. Myrtle L,. Bowen of Arlington.
A graveside funeral service was held Thursday, December 13, in Amissville Baptist Cemetery. Her pastor, The Rev. John B. Hodge, conducted the last rites. Pallbearers were Elliott Doyle, Everett Stover, Roy •Mills, William Bywaters. Elmer Jenkins, Ralph Rowzie, Charlie Smith and Silas Martin. Geest Funeral Parlors was in charge of arrangements.
