Two teen-agers from Virginia recently were named top state 4-H award winners for proficiency in their special projects, it was announced by the Cooperative Extension Service. .,
Judith Newton, 18, daughter., of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Newton , of Fredericksburg, scored highest in her dairy foods demonstration and was awarded a' wrist watch by the program sponsor, Carnation Company.
