John D. Phillips Named New Administrator At Culpeper Hospital
John D. Phillips, Assistant Administrator at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg for the past two and onehalf years, has been named Administrator of Culpeper Memorial Hospital. He succeeds Frank Dawson, who recently resigned to enter private business.
After receiving his Master's degree in Hospital Administration from the Medical College of Virginia, Phillips served a year of residency at Petersburg General Hospital aSTUTet a year as Assistant Administrator. He took a similar post at Mary Washington in 1959.

The Junior class of Rappahannock County High School is selling boxes of candy to raise money for the Prom. This candy makes an excellent Christmas gift. Since this is the only moneymaking project the Juniors will undertake this year, please try to purchase a bo* of candy.
