Two final items ... 1 At the first of the year, if was announced that there were to be a certain number of fire drills. This has been neglected for so long that I’ve forgotten the exact number, but it was no less than one a month. Many of thy^ RCHS students have neveo'. even heard the fire si£eif in the school more than oncpjf very few know what to do if and when they do hear it. I believe this to be a case of gross negligence in the organization of our school system’s safety, program^ When safety on the school” buses, in the lab, and in sports is stressed so much,
