Sale conducted under Title. 8 Section 422.1 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended. To whom it may concern:

Take notice that I shall, on the 25th day of July, 1963, at the hour of 2 P.M. in Rappahannock County one mile west of Amiss* ville, Virginia, on Rt. 211 at the property formerly known as A. C. Latham, Jr., sell at public auction for cash the following property, to-wit:

1. Approximately 80 junked cars; 2. One International bulldozer; 3. A large lot of used auto parts:

To satisfy an execution upon judgment obtained in the County Court of the County of Rappahannock on the 1st day of July, 1963, in favor of Sarah C. Latham versus Mack J. Bishop for the sum of $1,370.00 which has been levied on the said property by me, Charles K. Estes, Sheriff of said Rappahannock County. Posted and dated this 9th day of July, 1963
