Miss Judy Hawkins, who has a position with the National Science Foundation in Arlington, accompanied by Miss Carol Klrpup spent the 4th of July holiday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Hawkins. On Saturday night Mr. and Mrs. Hawkins attended a bridal shower given by Col. and Mrs. Norman Wilbur honoring Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Lee Weaver of Slate Mills. Mrs. H. H. Aylor returned with her son, Buddy Aylor, to Arlington on Sunday for a vacation visit with members of her family in that area. Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Jacobs of Laurel, Md., were guests on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schaefer. Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey and son, Frank, spent several days last week at Colonial Beach and also visited friends and relatives in Charlotte Court House and Tyro. On July 4th, Mrs. Perle Coffey motored to Harper’s Ferry, W. Va., and Gettysburg, Pa., and visited historical places of interest. Mrs. Gladys Anderson, son David Anderson, Jr., Mrs.
