The object of this suit is to partition the lands that Barnett Green died seized and possessed of, and the complainant has a certain interest in said lands located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said lands consist of three tracts, to-wit:

No. 1—44.50 acres from Thomas Amiss Deatherage as recorded in Deed Book V, page 67.

No. 2—3.86 acres from John R. Moore Heirs as recorded in Deed Book W, page 100.

No. 3—2.00 acres from P. M. and Amsom Dearing as recorded in Deed Book X, page 464.

And the complainant, Guy Foster, has acquired a % undivided interest in all said real estate from Lizze Green Well, et vir and Aleas Range Newman, widow.
