' The land will be offered for sale at the conclusion of the sale of the personal property upon the terms as follows: Teh per cent (10%) of the total purchase price shall be paid to the Administratrix on .the day of sale, and the Balance thereof shall be paid upon delivery of deed to the aforesaid property to the purchaser.
