School SCA Council
Elects New Officers
The Rappahannock County S. C. A. Council met at the Washington Elementary School on Tuesday, Jan. 2 b at 1:30 p.m. The following officers were elected for a two year period: Sandra Payne, President; Bobby Jo Foster, Vice. Pres. Janet Payne,Secretary-Treasurer and Dale Welch, Reporter. 14 A committee was appointed to write an amendment to the constitution, to work up a brief and simplified S. C. A. guide book, copies of which will be given to each S.C.A. member and interested P.T.A. members of both schools; to consider a Field Day in the spring or next fall for the two schools' and to suggest a theme for the S. C. A. Division meeting which will be held in Warren County in April. This corr}mittee is to report back to the Council at its March meeting. After a few remarks by our county S. C. A. sponsor. Miss Elaine Russell, the meeting was adjourned.
