Kemper Mrs. Maude Ann Kemper, wife of the late Edward Spillman Kemper, died Saturday, January 30, 1965 at the residence of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hall at Amissville following : several days illness. i She was 77 years of age, ' the daughter of the late George :* Riley and the late Bettie Thorn Riley of Rappahannock County She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Harry Hall and Mrs. Roy Carter of Amissville.
