(2) a special provision for designated varieties of malting barley. Under certain circumstances, producers may apply to over plant their barley base acreage by 10 percent. A producer electing this option will be eligible for the full county barley support rate based on a national average of 96 cents per bushel, but he will not be eligible for barley diversion or price-support payment. Applications to take part in the 1965 feed grain program may be filed in the ASCS County office from Mondays through Fridays at any time between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

County News The County Arts & Crafts Committee will be holding workshops the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at Cab Inn. Members ottne committee will be available at these workshops to help persons with any projects. Those who come to work should bring their own materials, and a sandwich for lunch.

Club Federation Goal Chairman will meet on February 16 at 1 p.m. at the Extension office to make program plans for the year. A representative from each H. D. Club should be present.
