A familiar Thursday afternoon picture in Washington no longer to be seen is Mrs. Paul Miller of the Selective Service Office and Army Recruiter M-Sgt. John R. Cline of Culpeper having coffee and absorbing the contents of Rappahannock News. Sgt. Cline made his final visit to Rappahannock County last Thursday and will leave tomorrow to attend ArmyIntelligence School at Fort Holabird, Md. prior to leaving for Viet Nam. Sgt. Cline’s family will remain in Culpeper during his overseas service. He came to Culpeper in January of 1961, and has visited Rappahannock weekly. Sgt. Cline will be missed by the many good friends he has made here.
