Miss Mattje Rector Mrs. H. B. Wood, Sr., Mrs. Wood, Jr. and Frankie Hitt.
W. B. Johnson was an overnight guest Saturday of Mrs. F. B. Dailey in Cherry Hill, N. J. Mrs. Dailey returned home with him. Mrs. Joe Hawkins is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Butler. Carroll Quaintance of Arling ton was an over-night guest Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood. Miss Mary Miller Wood of Washington, Va. was a Sunday dinner guest in the Wood home. Miss Virginia Johnson and Mrs. H. B. Wood were in Charlottesville on Thursday and on Friday Miss Johnson and Mrs. Amos Butler were in Charlottesville. Miss Nellie Johnson returned home with them from the University Hos pital. Callers over the week-end of the Misses Nellie and Lillie Johnson were Mr. and Mrs. William Johnson of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Edmond Burke of Boston, Miss Edna Bayne,
in a “soupy" consistency. Whei asked “Why?" Mr. Roberts answered that this is only one of many questions to be answered at the meeting.
