Walter Reed Hospital for a check-up. Mrs. Loring Anderson has entered the University of Virginia Hospital for eye surgery. Her daughter Miss Alice Anderson is staying in Charlottesville to be near her. George H. Davis, Jr., the Rev Charles F. Glaenzer and E. N. Montague represented Bromfield Parish at a conference on Mutual Responsibility and Interdepen dence held from Friday until Sunday at Roslyn, near Richmond. Mrs. P. W. Scudere is staying with Mr. and Mrs. Ira Beatty in A r 1 i n g t o n. Mr. Scudere is a patient in the Georgetown University Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett Jr., Page and Cartie Moffett spent Sunday in Lexington and visited Frank Moffett at Virginia Military Institute. Mr. and Mrs. William Curtis of Clinton, Md. and Mrs. Reid Beidler of Opal were guests last Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Racer. Mr. and Mrs. William M. Carrigan of Washington, D.
