Teachers Group Holds
Annual Dinner Meet
The Rappahannock Teachers Association, a unit of the Vir ginia Educational Association held its annual dinner meeting at Hampton Inn, Washington, on September 14. A delicious steak dinner was served the nearly one hundred teachers and guests. Mrs. Matilda Walker was in charge of the program and haa composed a descriptive poem about each county teacher. Mr. O. A. Norton, Supe rinten dent of School, and Mr. Robert Leonard, Director of Instruction, made short talks. Miss Leslie Fox Keyser and Mrs. H. B. Winfrey were among honored guests present. Others attending the dinner were members of the County School Board, school faculty and officials and their wives or husbands.
