Calvary Nazarene Church in Arlington was the scene of the marriage of Miss Judith Diane Poling, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Poling of Amissville, to Richard D. Graham of Falls Church, on Saturday, September 18, 1905, at four o’clock. Mr. Graham is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin H. Graham. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Marvin S. Cooper, assisted by the Rev. Samuel R. Brown, both of Arlington.

The church was decorated with baskets of white gladiolus and mums, accented by palms and lighted candelabra. Mr. Poling gave his daughter in marriage. Her full length gown of lace dotted with sequins was fashioned with a scalloped neckline, long sleeves and a bouffant tiered shirt. Her elbow legnth veil fell from a crown of crystal pearl petal lace and she carried a bouquet of carnations and rosebuds. Her only jewelry was a pearl cross, a gift of the bridegroom. Miss Janet Hackley of Amiss ville was maid of honor. She wore a full length gown of yellow chiffon with matching headpiece, and carried a bouquet of yellow carnations. Bridesmaids were Miss Bren da Hackley of Amissville, Miss Patty Slimak, Miss Mary Jane Slimak and Miss Diane Tobias, all of Falls Church Their gowns were each a different color pastel, orchid, green, pink and blue chiffon, and they had matching headpieces and arm bouquets of matching carnations.

C. F. Flynn of Falls Church acted as best man and ushers were Paul Harris, Mark Baker, Gary Graham and Danny RickFairfax

was the dinner guest Tuesday of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nicholson. Mrs. Louise Garrett of Alexandria and a friend were Saturday visitors of L. M. Richla rds.
