Bywaters-Bragg
The marriage of Miss Linda Bragg of Amissville to Bobby Bywaters was solemnized Friday, Sept. 17, in Amissville Baptist Church. Miss Bragg is the daughter of Mra Wesley Bragg and Mr. Bywaters is the son of Mr. and ,, Mrs. Floyd Bywaters of Warrenton.
The Rev. Charles Kindred performed the double ring ceremony. Miss Sandra Rowzie, church organist, rendered a program of nuptial music and the wedding marches. The bride was given in marriage by a cousin, Dan Ramey She wore a light blue suit and carried a white Bible topped with white roses. Miss Ann Holmes of Amissville was maid of honor. Her street length dress was pink and her corsage was of pink roses. Martin Hitt acted as best man for the bridegroom. A reception followed the ceremony in the sociaT hall of the church. At present Mr. and Mrs. Bywaters are residing at the home of the bride’s mother.
Rev. Cahouti Patient At Walter Reed
The Rev. E!dgar Cahoun, former pastor of Criglersville Baptist Church, and Mt. Car mel Baptist Church at Haywood, is a patient in Walter Reed Hospital. He was visited Thursday by the Rev. Charles Kindred of Amissville and ask-: ed him to let folks know that he enjoys visitors and would like anyone who is in that vicinity to stop by to see him.
