Mrs. Earl Broadman of Mechanicsville has returned to her home after visiting Mr. and Mrs. Aulette Fincham. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Revercomb and children Randy and Mary Virginia were Sunday afternoon callers of theGallihugh’s and Mrs. Weakley. The George Autreys of Washington, D. C., spent the week end at their cottage here. Mr. and Mrs. Brown Miller had as their dinner guests on Sunday the Rev. and Mrs. William Harrison of Sperryville.
Mrs. Brown Miller spent the week-end in Arlington with her daughter Louanne. Mrs.. Mary Quaintance accompanied Mrs. Miller and visited friends in Maryland. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Revercomb and children were Saturday night callers of their new pastor, the Rev. and Mrs. William Harrison in Sperryville.
Mr. and Mrs. James Yates were week-end guests of Mrs. E. M. Yates Sr. and Mrs. Louise Durant. Mr. Yates and Dr. Edwin Eastham of Front Royal attended the Naval Academy-Syracuse football game at Annapolis on Saturday.
Miss Ann Yates was a guest last week-end of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Yates of Meadow Green. On Saturday night she and Mr. Yates attended a cocktail party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank A. Yates of Upperville.
Mrs. Gilbert Weakley, Mrs. Randolph Jenkins, Mrs. Harry Deal and Mrs. Harry Gallihugh were Thursday shoppers in Arlington.
