Mrs. Lucy Thornhill spent last week at her home. She returned Monday to Morristown, N. J. where she has employment. Last week Mrs. William Morian and Mrs. James Glover of Washington, D. C. were guests of the Thornhill’s and Mr. Morian arrived for the weekend. Mrs. Morian is remaining to spend the week with the Thornhills. A dinner was given on Sunday by Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill of Boston in celebration of eighth birthday of their daughter, Mary Jane. Guests were Mrs. Lucy Thornhill, Mr. and Mrs. William Morian, Mrs. James Glover, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thornhill and daughter Vennie of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill and daughter Lou Ellen.
