That certain tract or parcel of land, situated, lying and being on State Highway Route No. 637, in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and by a survey made by W. W. Wilson, Surveyor, on October 4, 1961, the said tract or parcel of land is more particularly known and designated as Parcel Q., containing 16.541 acres of the Putnam tract as the same is subdivided by a plat and Deed of Dedication, dated November 20, 1961, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 76, page 466; and from reference to said plat it appears that the said tract fronts a distance of 831.67’ on the south east side of State Highway Route No. 637, and runs back on the north east a distance of 960.18’ and with the line of Parcel P. on the south west a distance of 907.94’ to the rear of the said tract or parcel of land, the rear line thereof adjoining Parcel O., a distance of 667.28’.
