Miss Carol Rowzie of Amissville is exhibiting paintings at a showing in Fredericksburg which begins March 19 at the Community Center there. Miss Rowzie is an art and English teacher at Warren County High School, Front Royal. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph H. Rowzie.
