Daisy Herndon in Culpeper on Thursday were Mrs. Ethel Cooksey, Mrs. Elva Compton, Mrs. Edward Hackley and Mrs. Russell Hackley. Mrs. A. C. Latham and Mrs. Peggy Bowen were over night guests Thursday of the Rev. and Mrs. Harold Carder and daughters in Fredericksburg. Mrs. F. L. Bowey is a patient in Fairfax Hospital where she was taken Saturday following a heart attack. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Latham of Fredericksburg spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Barron. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Giles of Warrenton were visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son Bilty. Mrs. S. W. Riley and Mrs. F. L. Bowey spent last Wednesday in Silver Spring, Md. where they visited Mrs. McCraw. Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Raymond LeeClore, Jr., of Brightwood were guests of the Rileys. Mr. and Mrs. George Kid well had as their guests Sunday Mr. and Mrs. James W. Kidwell and four children of Cabin John, Md. C. A. Smith was an afternoon visitor of the Kidwells. Mrs. Julia Curtis of Clinton, Md was an over night guest Saturday of Mrs. Frank Walter. She returned to Maryland Sunday.
