According to Trooper K. L. [Miller, the vehicle a Mustang, !went out of control and crashled into an embankment on the left of the road. Trooper W. A. Buntin investigated a two-car collision at the Massies Corner intersection of Routes 211 and 522 at 2 a.m. Saturday morning. A 67 Oldsmobile owned and operated by Paul John Baer of Chambersburg, Pa. and a 65 Ford owned and operated by Ijimmie Lee Martin of Alexandria were involved. According to Mr. Buntin, Baer made a left turn from 211 to 522 in front of the Martin vehicle which was heading west. Damage to Baer’s car was estimated at $700 and to Martin’s $500. Mrs. Colda Martin, a passenger in the Ford, sustained a contusion of the right leg and a slight head injury. Baer was charged with failing to yield [the right of way. ! Saturday evening at 7:30p.m Trooper Buntin investigated a crash on Route 637 north of Amissville involving one vehicle. A 1953 Pontiac owned ; by Robert Hughes of Huntly and operated by George Alfred ■ Turner, Jr., also of Huntly, went out of control on a curve 11 and skidded into a bank on tije left of the road.
