Reed, Area Manager for the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company, Has announced plans for the construction of a new central office building, a test center and associated microwavefaci lities on the old latham property at old Brandy Road and Pied mont Street in Culpeper. C & P purchased the property about a year ago. According to Reed, this is one of the company’s largest single projects of this type undertaken in Virginia.
