Mrs. Mary Krause is having a three week’s vacation from her position with the Citizens National Bank in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Payne and son and Mr. and Mrs. David Karnes and two daughters of Richmond were Thursday over-night guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huff. Mr. and! Mrs. Huff's daughter Carolyn was a patient two days last week in Winchester Memorial! Hospital for ear surgery. Mrs. Clyde Lillard was the, guest last week of Miss Sandra i Lee Fisher in Alexandria. On! Sunday Mrs. Lillard visited her sister Mrs. Nellie Pritchett in Front Royal. Mrs. Frank Spalding with Mrs. Mary Lea of Washington spent the week-end at the home af Mr. and Mrs. T. S. Williams In Amherst. R. L. Payne and daughters af Culpeper were guests last Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huff and family. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miler spent the holiday weekend with their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell and family in Madison Heights. The Methodist Official Board will meet Friday evening at 7:30 in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Clark. Miss Dorothy Moore left Mon day for Vienna to resume her teaching position in Fairfax County. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joel L. Jenkins at Hill View during the holiday weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Moore and daughter Johanna of Roanoke, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Turner of Arlington, Mrs. I. M. Jenkins, Mrs. D. A. Brown and Mrs. Major Fincham of Culpeper, Mrs. Anna Fincham and Mrs. Garland Sea lock of Flint Hill. Mrs. Jenkins spent Wednesday visiting her sisters in Washington, D. C. Galley W. Smith, III of Norfolk spent the holiday weekend at his home. On Monday he and his mother, Mrs. Smith, Jr. drover Sp/4 Charles Smith to. Ft. Dix, N, J. where he enplaned for his return to duty in Vietnam.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Moore Sours and daughters Betty and Lee-Lee left Sunday for their home in Leonia, N. J. after visiting Mrs. John R. Moore and attending the Ward-Moore wedding on Saturday.
