Alther Elected To
Phi Beta Kappa
Patrick Alther of Sperryville has been elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Virginia where he is a senior, majoring in Arts and Political Science. He has also received a scholarship to do graduate work for about two years in Manchester, England. Patrick is the son of Martha Alther and a 1965 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. He attended the Madison Extension of the University of Virginia for a year and has attended the University proper for the past three years from which he will be graduated in June.
