The Panthers won their second game in three starts against Elkton last Friday. The 5-2 victory came when the Panthers had to borrow bats because they left theirs at home.
Friday, April 18, the Panthers will travel to Montevideo to play the Maroons. Senior play practice is now in full swing. Some of the reprecussions are said to be heard as far as Front Royal.
A concert was given last Wednesday by the Montreat-Anderson College Choir. They presented an arrangement of religious songs and also had their folk group sing.
The Prom decorations are beginning to arrive as that big event is May 10. The Juniors have begun planning their great event.
Commencement exercises are being discussed by the Executive Committee of the Senior class.
The fifth six-weeks ends April 21. Report cards will go out on April 28. This means for some the time of reckoning is approaching.
