Charles D. L. McCoy, Jr. of Golden Beach, Md. was killed Tuesday, April 15 In an automobile accident. He was a teacher in St. Mary’s County, Md.
His parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. D.L. McCoy of Smith Island were former teachers in Rappahannock County. Besides his parents he is survived by his wife and one daughter; a sister, Mrs. Tommie Tucker of Salisbury, Md. and a brother Quenton McCoy of Washington, Va.
A funeral service will be held today at Leonard town, Md. with burial later near Bristol, Va.
