As we again approach that time of year when forest fires occur more frequently we ask for you help. Remember, a few dry days, warm temperatures, a little wind, and materials which normally bum rapidly can cause you and the forest fire fighter serious trouble. Attend Diocese Meeting

The Rev. William M. Hargett, Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington and Mr. E. N. Montague, Senior Warden, attended the 175th meeting of the Diocese of Virginia held Tuesday through Thursday at the Marriott Motor Hotel, Twin Bridges. On Wednesday they were present at the consecration of the Reverend Philip Alin Smith as Suffragan Bishop which took place at 8 p.m. at the National Cathedral in Washington, D. C.
