Temperatures rose, the snow is melting and once again the road construction crews emerge from their trailers and begin work again on the Washington by-pass. Work has been halted for weeks because of the inclement weather and dipping mercury. Every minute counts in order to fulfill the construction contract, so these pieces of heavy equipment were extremely busy moving a high bank west of the town Tuesday.
