The Rappahannock Teachers Association held a picnic Friday evening at the home of Dr. Werner Krebser in Huntly. In addition to the spread of fried chicken, potato salad, baked beans, etc. a surprise birthday celebration was incorporated in the activities. Mrs. Mary Quaintance, principal of the local elementary school was given a decorated birthday cake, presented by James Martin, Guidance Couselor at the high school. The pool at the Krebser estate provided entertainment for those who chose a refreshing dip.
