SPINNING TECHNIQUE - Mrs. Joan Bauserman Jones demonstrates spinning while her daughter, Anne, watches at Fort Rhodes, a restored pioneer home near the site of a 1764 Page County Indian massacre. The house and eight other historic and interesting sites will be included on tours during the second annual Page County Festival this weekend, Sept. 17-19. The three-day festival will also include an art show, a country store, a musical pageant, craft sales and demonstrations of many pioneer crafts. Information and tickets will be available at the Luray Municipal Building parking lot on East Main Street.
